The car market is currently pretty hard to navigate, especially for a first-time buyer; my partner and I have been looking around for almost a month with a lot of difficulty. It's a pain making sure you get a good bang for your buck and not feeling screwed over with such a big purchase, especially when most dealerships can be slimy. I've visited a few that left me with a sour feeling in my stomach; however, finding Beaverton Car Company was a bright light in all that darkness. We were able to find a vehicle that fits all preferences with a surprisingly reasonable price. All the car salesmen appeared professional and nice, but Tyler was especially cool and friendly, I even have described him as too nice to be in this field. He's pretty transparent about vehicles and what the company offers, and seems to genuinely care about clients, not wanting to screw them over. Very relaxing demeanor as well and made me feel included in the process which I don't always feel at automotive places due to how I look. Beaverton Car Company is also a place you'd want to return to after a while due to excellent customer service. Tyler has been checking up on us after the purchase and maintaining good relations. In addition, the place offers free maintenance for the first year or 3,000 miles (I believe those are the correct details). My only issue with the fees and process is that customers are forced to install anti-theft and GPS for $695, which does come with benefits, but you don't really have any say about it. I don't think it's much of a problem overall as you get something out of that caveat and everything else about the experience here is positive.

This is my car care family…. You don’t just get a car off their lot more care than a family sometimes. Recently, I had to buy a battery for my BMW that I purchased this year. The car I purchased is Seven years old…. no one is ever going to take that car away from me. I never thought I’d drive a BMW. I was told , it was the best car for me ., little did I know they take care of me even after I bought the car! Yes!!! It’s all under one roof. There are all easy to talk with, and there is no bull.🐂 If you need something they will see to it. If you want a new car and unsure of which, or what you want…. Go down a Take a look, More so take a Test Drive. They will treat you better. They are there for you. If you don’t see what you like? Tell them What you are looking for. AMAZING PLACE!!! I am a first-time car buyer and I'm so happy I decided to do business here. BIG THANK YOU to Tyler who made the whole process very easy. When I went to other dealerships in the past it was a very stressful experience that left me feeling overwhelmed and ultimately, I would leave empty handed. This time around they took the time to explain every little detail while keeping an amazing attitude! Tyler is very personable and its very obvious that he cares for his customers! Seamless experience! In search of a new SUV, I had visited a few used dealerships. Beaverton Car Company was by far the most attentive, clean and helpful. More specifically, my sales associate appeared to be very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He went above and beyond for me as a customer.
